Destino is Grupo Real Del Mar´s preferred property management and vacation rental provider, making Grupo one of the few developers in the Bay to provide such amenities to its clients.

Seaside Reservations is the largest property management and vacation rental company in Mexico. Seaside Reservations began operation in 2000 in Puerto Peñasco, Sonora just three hours south of Phoenix, AZ. Seaside manages over 600 properties in the vacation residence community of Rocky Point and has franchises in San Carlos, Cancún, Riviera Nayarit, Manzanillo, Playa Del Carmen, and Baja California.

Destino Vacation Services entered into a franchise agreement with Seaside Reservations in July of 2009. Through this agreement, we have not only gained a professional community to work with and learn from, but we have gained insights on the vacation rental industry that take years of experience in operations to acquire. Seaside franchise team members attend regular team meetings and training sessions to keep educated on upcoming trends and best practices for the vacation rental industry.
